Pack a hearty lunch to enjoy during your fishing day. Select from Brazilian specialty salgadas, fresh fish, hamburgers or just a simple ham and cheese or peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

After a long day of fishing, step off your bass boat onto the Explorer's water level deck and an ice cold "caipirinha" finds its way into your hand. Enjoy appetizers and fishing tales at the Explorer's bar during "Happy Hour" and then a full course dinner in the Explorer's Brazilian hardwood dining room.

Meals always include tasty desserts and a full range of beverages, from tropical juices to Coca Cola to hot drinks. Wine, beer and a variety of liquors are always available at our open bar. The Blackwater Explorer is a floating gourmet experience, in every sense of the phrase.
